Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How do I select the correct size?

A: You can check your measurements against the Size Guide here. Please check the product description for details on the fit of the garment as they do vary. If you're unsure feel free to email or DM on Instagram with your bust, waist and hip measurements or usual sizes and I'll do my best to help you.

Q: Can I make a change to my order?
A: Email shop@tarakhorzad.com straight away and if your parcel hasn't been sent yet then it should be possible to make a change.

Q: Do you do exchanges?
A: I don't currently offer direct exchanges, as my stock levels are always low as I only make small runs of everything. If you would like to swap your order for another size, the best thing to do to make sure you secure the size you want, while it's still in stock, is to buy it and send back the size no longer want for a refund.

Q: The item I want to buy is out of stock, will it be restocked soon?
A: My products are made in small runs, to provide you with fresh new garms each season. For this reason, I will only restock an item if it’s super popular. So if you have your eye on something, make sure you snap it up quickly to avoid disappointment! The plus side is that every item is much more unique than your average high street shop and you’re far less likely to bump into someone wearing the same thing!

Q: Are there plans to expand the size range?

A: I hope to expand the size range in 2024 with my next new collection.

 

Q: Do you do custom orders? 

A: I have started opening custom orders every couple of months. However, I am trying to keep the number of prints available for customs limited to reduce waste. Sign up to my mailing list and follow me on Instagram to hear first. 

Q: How should I wash my Tara Khorzad garms?
A: Check the care instructions label in the garment. I always recommend washing at 30 degrees as it's better for the environment :)

Q: Are your products ethical and sustainable?

A: As all Tara Khorzad garments are made in the UK, it is possible to ensure that the garments are made responsibly and that workers are treated fairly. Making in the UK is a huge part of what makes the manufacturing process sustainable, as electricity in the UK is more efficient than the vast majority of international manufacturing countries. Printing/manufacturing in the same country that I ship from also means less fuel to fly/ship materials and stock. All my packaging material is recyclable/compostable/biodegradable. I use all the remnant fabrics to make small accessories to ensure my products are as zero-waste as possible. You can read more about Ethics and Sustainability at Tara Khorzad here.

Q: Do you take on influencers?

A: Yes I do sometimes gift out to influencers on Instagram or Tiktok. I love collaborating with creative, colourful, fun influencers with beautiful and interesting content, who post regularly and have great engagement.
