INSTRUCTIONS TO PLACE YOUR RETURN
Reply to the order confirmation email (or email email@example.com with your order number) stating which products you are returning.
Return postage is paid for by the customer. Refund shipping from the original purchase will not be issued.
It is your responsibility to send the items back safely so it is advised that you ship as a "signed for" or trackable service and keep the receipt safe for future reference.
Products* must be returned in unused, perfect condition with all tags still attached, along with the packing list with your order details on it.

IMPORTANT: Non-UK customers - please mark the contents of the parcel as "gift" or "product return". Otherwise there will be customs/ duty/ VAT for you to pay, or the parcel will be returned to you.
THE REFUND PROCESS
Providing the returned products are received within the time quoted above, and the products are in unworn condition, the return will be processed within 3-5 working days of being received at the studio. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details. The refund will go back into the account of your original payment within an additional 3-5 working days.
If you have not received a confirmation email after 7 days of your return arriving at the studio, check your tracking to ensure the parcel arrived. If it has arrived, check your junk mail to see if the refund confirmation email is there. If your parcel has arrived and you have no email confirmation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number of your returned parcel.
*EARRINGS - due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
*MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM PRODUCTS - can not be returned

I’m not currently able to offer direct exchanges, as my stock is made in small batches and therefore each size has limited quantities. If you would like to make a swap within your order, the quickest way to secure the alternative product is to purchase it straight away and return the product no longer wanted for a refund, as detailed above.
