PHONE CASES & HOMEWARE

Phone cases and homeware products (cushions and blankets) are made to order. They are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer, which means they may arrive in unbranded packaging. If you also purchase clothing or accessories within your homeware or phone case order, please note that your order may arrive separately.

 

International customers: please note that if you have a mixture of ready to ship products (clothing/accessories) and made to order products (homeware/phone cases) your order may take slightly longer, so that the products can be shipped together.

 

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CORRECT ADDRESS: Always ensure you enter the full address on your order. It is your responsibility to fill out the address correctly, with the house name/number and street in the appropriate fields. If the parcel is undeliverable because something is missing you may need to pay extra for postage.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES: International shipments may be subject to customs charges. The charges vary depending on the value of your order and depending on what country you are ordering from. Please check your local customs for more information.

CUSTOMS DELAYS: On rare occasions, international shipments may be delayed whilst being assessed by Customs. If you need your order urgently we recommend express shipment as this is usually processed quicker, but we cannot guarantee there won't be customs delays.

REFUSED PARCELS: If you refuse a parcel it will be returned and postage will not be refunded.
